1. Who you're dealing with

"We", "us", "our" and "Webcrawlio Data Solutions" refer to the founders and operators of this website, currently operating as an unregistered pre-launch team — not yet incorporated as an LLP, Private Limited company, or registered partnership. "You" or "your" means the person or organisation visiting the site or using our services.

We are actively preparing for formal company registration as soon as possible. Trademark applications for the "Webcrawlio Data Solutions" brand name are also being prepared for submission to IP India. Until formal company registration is completed, we do not accept commercial payments or issue corporate tax invoices. Any trial access, sample datasets, or preliminary services provided in the interim are offered on a complimentary, best-effort, non-binding evaluation basis.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the website, requesting a free trial, subscribing to the newsletter, submitting a job application, or otherwise interacting with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use of the site.

3. Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or infringing purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the admin panel, the database, or any non-public part of the infrastructure.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without our prior written permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the site (e.g. denial-of-service, aggressive scraping of the public pages).
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any portion of our service that is not openly published.

4. Trial accounts and API keys

We may issue free trial accounts or temporary API keys at our discretion. While these are in your hands you agree to:

• Keep the credentials confidential and not share them publicly.
• Use the trial within any documented rate limits.
• Not on-sell, sublicense or redistribute access to the trial.

We may revoke a trial key at any time, with or without notice, particularly if it is being abused.

5. Data, APIs and datasets

The data we expose through APIs or downloadable datasets is collected from publicly accessible sources using lawful means. We make a reasonable effort to keep the data accurate but cannot guarantee completeness, timeliness or fitness for any specific business decision.

You are responsible for:

• Validating the data before relying on it for any commercial decision.
• Complying with the terms of any upstream source if you re-distribute the data.
• Respecting personal-data and copyright laws applicable to you when you use the data.

6. Intellectual property

The website's design, written content, code, logos, sample datasets and API documentation are the work of the operators of Webcrawlio Data Solutions unless explicitly credited otherwise.

The "Webcrawlio Data Solutions" name and any associated logos are subject of a trademark application being prepared for IP India — not yet filed or approved. Until the trademark is granted, common-law rights and good-faith attribution apply — please do not use the name, mark or look-and-feel to imply endorsement or impersonate the brand.

Trial users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the data for internal evaluation only. Re-distribution or commercial publication is not permitted under the free-trial terms.

7. Payments (future)

At present we do not accept commercial payments as an unregistered team. Any pricing displayed on the site is indicative only for planned commercial packages once our company registration is completed.

When formal company registration is completed and paid plans officially launch, a binding commercial agreement and invoicing system will be provided. Nothing on this site today constitutes a binding offer to sell paid services prior to entity registration.

8. Disclaimers

The website and any data, APIs, dashboards, code samples or documentation provided through it are made available on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be free from errors, or be continuously operational.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operators of Webcrawlio Data Solutions be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the website or any data obtained through it.

Our total cumulative liability for any direct loss is capped at the amount actually paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months. Since paid services are not yet offered, in practical terms this cap is currently zero.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the operators harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or any trial credential at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continuing access would expose us to legal or security risk. You may stop using the site at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent change. For substantial changes (e.g. once we are formally registered and pricing begins), we will provide reasonable advance notice via the newsletter and an in-page banner.

13. Governing law

As we are currently operating in pre-registration status, these Terms outline our operating principles in good faith. Once our formal company registration is finalized, a definitive governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution framework will be published. Until then, both parties agree to resolve any issues amicably through direct communication.
